NaturaVita Wellness Standard Policies
Welcome to NaturaVita Wellness, a platform dedicated to enhancing health and wellness through professional coaching. Before engaging in our services, please familiarize yourself with the following standard policies to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
1. Service Expectations
Our health and wellness coaches are trained and knowledgeable, but they are not licensed medical professionals. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making major changes to your health routine.
Coaching sessions are meant to motivate, educate, and support. They do not replace therapeutic or clinical counseling.
2. Client Confidentiality
All personal and medical information provided will remain confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client details without explicit permission, except as required by law.
Conversations during coaching sessions are private and confidential.
3. Appointment & Cancellations
Clients are expected to be on time for appointments. If you are late, your session might be shortened to respect the schedules of others.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients may be charged for last-minute cancellations.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment for services is due prior to the start of the session.

5. Communication
Communication between sessions is encouraged, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
If in crisis, do not wait for a response from your coach. Seek immediate help from a healthcare professional or emergency services.
7. Online Conduct
Respect and courtesy are expected during online interactions. Abusive behavior will lead to termination of services.
Keep personal login credentials confidential to ensure your account's safety.
8. Disclaimer
Results from health and wellness coaching can vary. While we aim to provide valuable guidance and support, outcomes are influenced by individual commitment and external factors.
Any recommendations made by Suzanne Colby are suggestions, not prescriptions. It's imperative to consult with a healthcare provider or work in tandem with Suzanne’s Healthcare Network before implementing major changes.
9. Termination of Services
Either party (client or coach) can terminate services if they believe the relationship isn’t beneficial.
Notice of termination should be given at least one session in advance.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.naturavitawellness.com, including articles, videos, graphics, and other materials, is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It's the client's responsibility to review these policies periodically and be aware of any modifications.
