My love for healing and understanding the intricacies of the human body began with my first pregnancy. Deeply inspired by the changes I was experiencing within, I dove into research on nutrition, medicinal herbs, and the mind-body connection. I started perceiving wellness from a holistic and cellular perspective. Inspired by the correlation between inner alignment and health, I found harmony in daily mindfulness practices and intuitive meditation work. After attending a friend’s labor, I was overcome with an irresistible calling to midwifery and women’s health. While guiding, educating, and holding space through the vulnerable moments of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, I witnessed women step into their power and become their own advocates. I saw the strength of truly being present; the empowerment that occurs when we feel seen and heard. 

I am a Licensed Midwife (LM), Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), and Certified Women’s Integrative Medicine Institute Practitioner. An accomplished entrepreneur, I have helped build multiple businesses, including co-founding Moonstone Midwives Birth Center, the first free-standing birth center in Northern California.
